Ned Show

On Monday we went to watch the Ned show it was cool.

I liked watching the people on the tv.

I liked Ned because he was funny.

The necklace was cool too, but I didn’t want to buy one because I wanted to buy some lollies, not a necklace.

Eating lots of different food and drinking water keeps me healthy.
Having a good nights sleep keeps me healthy and helps me grow.
Cleaning my house keeps me healthy and keeps my mum happy.
Playing lots of fun games with my friends keeps me healthy.

The Seven Sisters of Matariki

By the river there was a house of seven sisters. Every year the seven sisters made kites to celebrate the harvest. Each sister made different kites. Red, white, orange, green, pink and rainbow.

The sisters went up the mountain to fly their kites. There was no wind so they tied their kites around the tree and went to sleep.

In the night the wind came and the kites flew into the sky. The little sister woke up and saw the kites shining with the stars.


The kites always shine at Matariki.

Zoo Trip

Last week my class went to the Auckland Zoo. We went to the zoo to learn all about how they look after the animals. My favourite animal was the tiger because it was so cute. We also went to the Bug Lab. The bugs were so disgusting. I had so much fun at the Auckland Zoo. Thank you Zoo!
